New Year 2025

A Vision for Mental Health Support

Providing accessible, affordable support for addiction, OCD, anxiety, self-harm, PTSD, and more.

Introduction

Happy New Year, everyone! As we step into this new year, we want to share a vision that holds a special place in our hearts. At Oscillon Chronos, we are deeply aware of the challenges that mental health poses in our lives and in society. Issues like addiction, OCD, anxiety, self-harm, PTSD, and social isolation can have a profound impact on individuals, making accessible and meaningful support a crucial need of our time.

While the journey to creating meaningful support systems is complex, we remain deeply committed to the idea of addressing these challenges in the future. Our aspiration is to develop a robust and accessible mental health initiative that offers supplementary support—helping individuals in their daily lives, not as a replacement for professional therapy, but as a valuable addition to their journey.

Financial Independence

One of the key factors in this exploration is sustainability. Our goal is to ensure that any future initiative is not solely dependent on external donations or investments. Instead, we plan to adopt a hybrid financial model that blends internal funding incorporated into our broader financial ecosystem, sustainable donations streams, and selective external investments. By doing so, we can ensure its longevity and that it remains accessible to those who need it, free from the uncertainties that come with external funding sources.

Our vision is to create a self-sufficient ecosystem where this initiative can flourish without compromising its accessibility or mission of making mental health support affordable for all. This balanced financial strategy will allow us to develop tools and resources that are impactful and lasting.

Looking Ahead

While we deeply believe in the importance of addressing mental health, we must acknowledge that realizing this vision will take time. This is not an immediate project but rather a long-term aspiration. Thoughtful planning, careful resource allocation, and sustainable implementation are critical to ensuring that we can create something truly meaningful.

Our commitment to fostering compassion, community, and support remains steadfast. Though this initiative is still in its conceptual stage, we hope to one day offer tools and resources that make a real difference in the lives of those who need them most.

Disclaimer

We previously announced a Mental Health Initiative as if it were already active. However, after careful consideration, we have decided to shift this to a future aspiration. This decision stems from the challenges of securing adequate financial support and meeting all the requirements necessary to launch such an initiative responsibly. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and thank you for your understanding as we refocus our efforts on thoughtful planning and preparation for the future.
