However, when we were ready to comply and add the required information, X removed the option entirely, forcing us to appeal for access. Since then, we have appealed twice and waited over three weeks with no substantial response. All we’ve received are automated replies confirming that our appeals were submitted—nothing more.

To date, X has failed to clarify what terms of service we allegedly violated or provide any actionable steps for resolution. This silence, paired with the lack of customer support, amounts to nothing short of a blatant disregard for its users. More disturbingly, this kind of treatment directly stifles voices and opinions, violating the fundamental tenets of free speech.

We cannot and will not accept such practices. Effective immediately, Oscillon Chronos and its ventures will cease all engagement with X. As a company dedicated to innovation, progress, and humanity, we cannot condone the silencing of voices or the mistreatment of users without just cause.
